1. Registration and Authorization
1.1. Customers enrolling in the recurring purchase product must register for a UPI Autopay mandate during their initial setup.
1.2. By registering, customers explicitly authorize the Website to initiate auto-debit transactions for a fixed, preset amount at a fixed, preset frequency from their UPI-linked bank account.

2. Payment and Auto-Debit

3. Liability Limitation
3.1. The liability of New Shriniwas Jewellers under this facility is limited to the amount successfully debited from the customer’s account.

4. Cancellation and Modification
4.1. Customers can cancel or modify their recurring UPI Autopay mandate by contacting their respective bank or UPI service provider, subject to the provider’s policies.
